overall good
Everything was great except for the breakfast. Not many options for the food, also the food look not fresh enough and the light for the restaurant (for breakfast) is rather dim.
the breakfast and the restaurant we have breakfast at could be improved.

My Family experience with G-Sign in Banjarmasin [Dow Jones Room 228]
The recommendation to stay is : The room is quiet big enough for family and bed is very Comfort as well as the pillow is very soft. However, I heard some noise such as bass drum in a day long as well as in the next morning day which not make our family feel convenience. The locations also good, specially after back from DUTA Mall to the hotel it's will be only taken within 10 minutes. Suggestion : The hotel should maintain the soundproof for hotel. I had just found 4 stars hotel with noise.
The consideration to stay is : The First impression is not feel good due to the Reception to handle the guest is not expert. So, its take to long to taking the process of check in. but, for the check out it's handled professionally. The Second impression also is not convenient due to, there is no staff to open and close the main door as well as to help/take care and offer their support to bring the luggage of the guest. The management should thinking of this due to the access from parking area to the hotel is about +/- 100 meters. Lastly, the restaurant is very convenient but the kind of food is not have a lot of choice.
